By combining battle ropes, balls, suspension training, squats, lunges and more, this 3 session clinic builds stamina, endurance and power. Learn how to Jump and then increase how high you can jump!

We hit the pavement out and about Central Austin. Weekly workouts at Mount Bonnell park and mileage around Northwest Hills we build mileage for 10K distance and races.
