Is this a good fit for me?

I have a gym membership. I don't need a Trainer - I just need guidance, accountability and a plan.


No worries, I can handle all that too. Nutrition plans, daily workouts - with a gym or without. That's what  I do!

I've made good progress on my own but I feel like I've hit a plateau and I really want to keep moving forward.


What if I fall behind or go on vacation?  Sometimes my life gets crazy.


I travel all the time and can't always control my meals or my workouts.


I've tried diets in the past...meh. I hate counting calories or adding up points for good behavior. Will this work for me?


I'm  a vegetarian, paleo person, gluten free, keto convert. Can you handle me?

Of course. Exercise, lifestyle and nutrition are sciences - but they aren't rocket science. I'll work with you to get out of ruts and break plateaus. Every one needs support, accountability and reinforcement to reach any goal.

 

Life gets crazy. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs,  2 rabbits and a business to run! I get it. In my program you'll learn how to manage stress, be nicer to you and be healthy at the same time.

 

 

Where there's a will, there's a way! You bring the commitment and I'll bring the plan! Gym or no gym. Eating out or eating in. I'll even give you a grocery list.

 

Math and food are exhausting. How about just learning what to eat, why to eat it and stop diet drama? One step at a time is the way to go.  Trust me, I've seen it all.
